Reservation and preparation of documentation

Upon agreement of a particular interested party, we will write down the reservation agreement by which this person will block the property. We will prepare a lease agreement and a hand-over protocol. You will receive the proposal of the mentioned documents in advance so that you can read and comment on them. Once all the parties have agreed to the contracts, we organize the date of signing and the transfer of the property.

Completion of the trade
